Job Description:

At Aspire, we are on a mission to build an end-to-end solution for students who want to achieve their dreams of higher studies. We are currently hiring for the following 1 role. Respective detailed job descriptions are mentioned below.

Role: Career Counselor

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Maintaining Quality Service by establishing organization standards.

2. Provide one-to-one Career Counselling to students according to their subject preference.

3. Helping Students to Prepare for their admission application.

4. Maintain accurate and complete students' records.

5. Follow up over the phone/email and convert into sales/admission

6. There is no lead generation. Leads are provided.

7. Update day to day call report.

8. Proper follow-up on email, phone, and WhatsApp has to be done.

9. Must be available on phone to students/clients if they are facing problems (After office hrs).

Salary: 1.20 LPA

Experience: Minimum 1- 2 years
